Originally from the Midwestern United States, Allie Sakakibara moved to Tokyo to pursue her bachelor's degree in Tokyo in the early 2000s. She is currently enrolled in a graduate program at Harvard University (ALM Candidate for the class of 2027) and holds a perfect TOEIC (English fluency test) score of 990/990.
 

She began her career as an engineer at a global software company, before joining Google in 2011, where she developed deep expertise in YouTube, social media, and digital marketing.

In 2014, while still at Google, Allie launched her professional career as an English–Japanese bilingual MC, while continuing to hold leadership roles at major organizations including an international television network, global IT companies, and leading media groups and became independent in late 2025.

Today, she remains active as both an event MC and show host for high-profile events and a digital marketing and content production professional.
